CRISIS AND EMERGENCY RESOURCES

TTR does not provide emergency or crisis-response services. If you or another person is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical attention, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, emotional distress, or a mental-health or substance-use crisis, call 988, text 988, or use the 988 online chat.

Veterans, service members, National Guard and Reserve members, and their families may call 988 and press 1 or text 838255 to reach the Veterans Crisis Line.

First responders, emergency personnel, and their families may contact Safe Call Now at (206) 459-3020.

Do not use this application, email, signal, or another TTR communication channel to request emergency assistance. TTR does not monitor those channels continuously and cannot provide crisis intervention. If you need nonemergency psychotherapy, counseling, substance-use treatment, domestic-violence intervention, medical care, or another licensed professional service, obtain assistance from an appropriately qualified provider rather than relying on TTR.
