The 3-Week Crucible
The Tactical Return is not a workshop. It is not a retreat. It is a live, high-proximity group experience for 12 men who are ready to drop their armor and do the work.
Three weeks. One squad. No spectators.
How it Runs
The program's coaching methodology draws on Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and Jungian Shadow Work frameworks - applied through three live 90-minute Zoom sessions — one per week for three consecutive weeks. Supported by 15–20 minutes of between-session fieldwork and one nature assignment per week. All squad communication runs on Signal. Curriculum materials are hosted on a private Skool portal. Sessions begin and end on time. Attendance is non-negotiable.
Week 1
The Armor
Identify the defensive patterns you default to under stress — withdrawal, anger, emotional isolation. Understand where they came from and what they are costing you.
Week 2
The Shadow
Map the parts of yourself you disown. What you refuse to see in yourself, you will project onto the people closest to you. This week changes that.
Week 3
The Return
Integrate what you've uncovered and build your relational identity statement. Who are you committing to be — at home, in your relationships, and in your leadership?
What You Leave With
A clear map of your defensive armor and how to drop it. Fluency in RLT and shadow work frameworks — practical language for naming your patterns and repairing ruptures in real time. A written relational identity statement.
And a squad of 12 men who have done the same work alongside you.
