Who we are and this policy covers

Conscious Warrior Group LLC d/b/a The Tactical Return (“TTR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates thetacticalreturn.com and related application, enrollment, coaching, communication, and community services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information.

This Policy applies to website visitors, applicants, participants, and people who communicate with TTR. It does not govern another company’s independent website, platform, or privacy practices.

Information We Collect

Contact and identity information, such as name, email address, phone number, age confirmation, and city/state;

Application and Program information, including schedule, goals, relationship or life circumstances, readiness responses, accommodations requested, and other information voluntarily supplied;

Sensitive information voluntarily provided in an application, session, message, or community platform, including information that may relate to health, relationships, safety, military service, or emotional experiences;

Transaction information, such as payment status and limited billing details. Payment-card information may be processed directly by a payment provider rather than stored by TTR;

Communications, including email, Signal, Skool, customer-service, and other messages;

Website and device information, such as IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, referral source, and cookie or analytics information, when enabled; and

Information from service providers or publicly available sources when reasonably necessary to operate the website, prevent fraud, or respond to an application.

How we use information

Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and Program;

Evaluate applications and communicate acceptance, waitlist, or non-selection decisions;

Administer enrollment, scheduling, payment, sessions, group communications, and participant support;

Enforce Program agreements and community rules;

Respond to inquiries and privacy requests;

Address safety concerns, suspected misuse, fraud, or legal claims;

Comply with law and binding legal process; and

Send marketing communications when permitted and honor opt-out requests.

Sensitive information

TTR asks applicants to avoid unnecessary health details and unnecessary identifying information about other people. When TTR requests or receives sensitive information, it uses that information only for the purposes disclosed at collection, with consent, or as otherwise permitted by law.

TTR is a coaching business and does not represent that all information it handles is protected health information under HIPAA. Do not assume that communications with TTR carry the confidentiality or privilege applicable to a licensed health-care relationship.

How we disclose information

TTR may disclose information to service providers that support application forms, website hosting, email, cloud storage, scheduling, payment processing, video conferencing, messaging, online community functions, security, analytics, bookkeeping, insurance, and professional advice. Current or anticipated providers may include Tally, Stripe, Zoom, Signal, Skool, and the providers supporting TTR’s website and email.

TTR may also disclose information with your direction or consent:

to professional advisers;

in connection with a bona fide business transaction;

to comply with binding legal requirements; to investigate or enforce agreements; or

when TTR reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to address a serious and imminent safety concern or protect legal rights.

TTR does not sell personal information for money. TTR does not use or disclose sensitive information for targeted advertising without any consent required by applicable law.

Cookies and analytics

The website may use essential cookies and similar technologies necessary for functionality, security, forms, and preferences. If analytics, advertising, embedded media, or social-media tools are enabled, those tools may collect device and usage information under their own policies.

Available browser or cookie controls may limit certain technologies. TTR will update this Policy and provide any legally required consent mechanism before materially changing its advertising or tracking practices.

Retention

TTR retains information for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including application review, Program administration, contractual and accounting records, dispute prevention, security, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type.

You may request deletion of your records at any time, but deletion requests may be limited by legal, security, contractual, or recordkeeping needs.

Security

TTR uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information. No website, email, messaging system, video platform, or storage service is completely secure, and TTR cannot guarantee absolute security.

Notify TTR promptly if you believe an account, message, or Program communication has been accessed or disclosed without authorization.

Virginia and other state privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to TTR, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, or an appeal of a denied request, and to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling.

The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act applies only when its statutory applicability requirements are met. Regardless of whether a particular statute applies, TTR may respond to reasonable access, correction, or deletion requests when doing so is practicable and consistent with legal and security obligations.

Children

The website and Program are intended for adults. TTR does not knowingly accept Program applications from anyone younger than 18. Contact TTR if you believe a minor submitted personal information.

Other states and countries

Online participation may subject TTR to laws in the participant’s location. TTR may limit enrollment by location and may require notice before a participant joins a live session from another jurisdiction.

12.

Policy changes

TTR may update this Policy prospectively. The posted effective date will identify the current version. When required, TTR will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a material change.
